Personable, prompt and professional. I had a minor plumbing issue that David was able to quickly diagnose and address. He even took the time to correct an installation issue and made sure the water temp was set to a safe setting. He had an ease about him that made me and my young son feel comfortable in his presence. Fixed our garbage disposal and installed our new kitchen faucet in less than an hour! Responded to my request for service almost immediately, and was very flexible on date and time. He was even gracious enough to wait while my husband went to grab our faucet from Home Depot, since it arrived at the beginning of his arrival window.
