During one of the coldest weekends of the year, our furnace began leaking and shortly afterwards stopped generating heat. We reached out to several vendors and received a prompt reply from Derek at All Heat All Cool. We described the situation and Derek asked for information on the existing equipment. He took the time to discuss the options we had to service or more likely replace the furnace and was willing to offer a contingent quote over the phone. He arrived the next day with his team and they removed and replaced the broken unit. They were very professional, timely and cordial. Their price was very fair relative the other proposals we received. There was a minor issue that developed with the installation within a week of the install and Derek returned immediately to address it. I highly recommend and endorse Derek and All Heat All Cool.
