- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because each solution is customized, pricing is also customized.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I often have a 30 minute phone, virtual, or in-person meeting so a potential client can get a sense of who I am and if I'm someone that they want to work with. Once hired, I schedule an initial consultation appointment and return with recommendations to resolve any exposures or needs. I will offer the opportunity to meet again annually and stay in touch through the year with learning opportunities and financial opportunities that come up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have obtained my life, health and series 6 & 63 licenses in the states of MA, RI, CT, SC, VA, FL, OH and MD. Also licensed in WY (life, health), ME (life, health). Also licensed in property and casualty insurance.
