- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to start the process with a free consultation. After seeing the project and talking through the specifics, I then take a few days to put together a free quote. From there, it's up to the customer to decide if they like the design and price. Once we come to an agreement, the project is scheduled and then completed to satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2012 I received a B.S. in Environmental Design with a concentration in Landscape and Horticultural studies from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. I also have over 12 years experience in the Industry.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We typically work with residential home owners. Sometimes we take on jobs with commercial businesses.
