I can help solve a problem, or set up your basic or complicated tech, and can explain it to you in simple, plain english. Whether you've been using your technology for years, or are just getting started, I can help you through it.
I also am happy to help with suggestions or advice on purchasing decisions from phones, to computers, to TVs, or really any consumer electronic product. I'm a life-long researcher for my own purchases and would put the same effort into supporting you.
I'm happy to discuss your situation on the phone or via messaging for free in advance of any commitment and if I don't feel I'd be able to solve your problem, I will be the first to tell you and won't charge you a dime.

Seth has been my go-to guy for years for any question I ever have about technology, whether it’s troubleshooting an issue I’m having with my phone or laptop, or advising on a major purchase. He has a tremendous amount of knowledge and I consider him the Ultimate Resource. Mr. Leiboh has helped me with a variety of tech support projects.
He helped me buy a new iPhone, actually accompanying me to the store to purchase it, and helping me find best phone plan for my needs.
He advised me in purchasing a new iPad, has helped me upgrade several devices, and helped me with installing apps and understanding various functions of my devices.
