- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I begin with a 10 minute phone interview which includes a health survey. If my services match your needs I schedule an appointment and we start our fitness journey.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. I have trained people from ages 13 to 77. I have taught kickboxing, TRX, bootcamps, specialty classes like abs. I provide meal plans for those who need more direction.
