- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work hard to provide the best prices possible, however there are some factors that must be considered when pricing a job. Such as when the last time the house , deck, sidewalk was pressure washed or gutters, windows were cleaned, how many floors is the house, etc. In some cases where additional time and work is involved the price may change. But we can assure you that we are very affordable on any budget! We also offer discounts for repeat customers and customers with multiple cleaning projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment you choose to contact us, we try to make the process as easy and fast as possible. Most of the contact can be done by text, email or over the phone. 90% of the estimates can be done online, so there is no waiting around for a contractor to show up, and then waiting for a quote. We can measure your driveway, siding and gutters on your home online. This saves us time and saves you money. The easiest way to contact us is by texting. Simply provide a few details about the service you’re interested in, and someone will get back to you ASAP. If you put your address in the message body, it will be even faster. A lot of customers have other jobs they want us to do while we are around that we are able to help you with. We are happy to clean skylights, install or remove Christmas decorations. If you have something in mind, please feel free to ask us!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a company who offered different types of jobs for over 10 years. I think, experience is the best training!
