- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different , therefore i need to see most every job to give a good , reasonable quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Offering first contact with new customers by phone / text . I come to your project for a free quote / consultation . By immediate personal contact , it allows for a timely and more personal business relationship from the start. Working with us as your one stop Paint & Renovations contractor , it can save you time & money. Rather than having 3 or more contractors to do the whole job , we can usually do all of your project. Therefore we can give a better price , while helping you with various items of your Painting / renovation project !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From working on our own family Rental Property from age 18 . To renovating Complete Hotels for over 10 years. Having my own retail store providing : Paint , floor coverings , wall coverings & window treatments & Labor to do them all. I am also a certified Home Inspector for over 7 years. I have also been an Investor for over 20 years : buying , renovating , rentals & selling. These involvements in all aspects of Real Estate have given me a wide range of knowledge / experience .
