Introduction: I have 20+ years of human motivation experience. My teaching style is based on the military instruction method (crawl, walk, run). My craft is personal training, Strength & Conditions, Group Fitness with a background as a US Army Spec Ops instructor. I have the ability to train all fitness levels and most age groups. I used B for personal training for about 18 months while we were stationed in the UK. B is the best trainer I've ever worked with. He's very knowledgeable and committed to fitness and success with clients. He took into account my body type and goals and tailored my workouts to match. B has an awesome personality and sense of humor, making workouts fun and enjoyable. But he kicked my butt every single session. I learned more about proper form and workouts from B than I have anyone else and I use the things he taught me on a daily basis. I wish he was still training me!!! I haven't found anyone like him.

"B" is an excellent trainer and motivator! He is a very knowledgeable trainer. He cares about the health and wellness of his clientele. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get their fitness on!
