- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 20 to 25 dollars a session which lasts 45 to 1 hour. I also do a bundle if people use me three times a week. It is 50 dollars a week for three times a week.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My client and I go over the contract paper work. We do an initial assessment to gauge where their fitness level is. We then set schedule and start out slowly depending on their fitness experience or weight training experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am aiming for my bachelor in exercise. I have my ISSA certification along with 18 years of training various clients and people.
