Introduction: I started fitness at the age of 18. When I joined the military in October 2008, I did the strongman competitions, started competitive bodybuilding, and I was also the Personal Training Leader for the squadrons at the bases where I was stationed. I ensured individuals were maxing out in the standards of the Air Force. I specialize in creating programs in accordance with each person's individual goals. I earned my ISSA certification in Fitness Training. I have written out hundreds of programs tailored to individual's specific goals. I have helped people who have had injuries to achieve full range of motion and strength. I also have experience in body weight exercises and band exercises, which in turn brings fuller development and increase of strength thus decreasing any chance of injuries. I take great pride in the results that people make from week to week. To see the fruit of their labor. I love people seeing change.
