Introduction: I've been training since 15 years of age. I've competed in several fitness competitions in the past and love all aspects of training, fitness, health and wellness, and nutrition. I sincerely care about helping my clients reach their goals!!
I'm also a posing coach for fitness competitions (and have done contest preps in the past.) I have wpd (women's physique), figure, bikini, bb, and men's physique posing experience.
I also can do workout plans, health and wellness coaching, and nutrition plans tailored to a clients needs (if need be)..online training and workouts, also available with weekly check ins (or, multiple check ins if needed). Also, now offering virtual training if needed and virtual nutrition check ins.
I’m also venturing/expanding and offering dog (pet) sitting and walking. This is my other love and passion! I have strong compassion for animals (pets) and their well being. I’m true animal lover at heart. (All my life I’ve always had dogs and cats). I’ll care for your fur baby like they are family! 😊
