FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard pricing. I deal with flat-rate pricing. When I send a quote, it is a total price so the customer knows exactly what they are paying and why they are paying it prior to the hire. I don't mess around with misleading "starting at" prices. I built this company based on integrity and honesty, not on "bait and switch" tactics that most locksmiths like to use.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to treat every project like it is my own, That I will not only get the project done, But I will include the customer on the progress every step of the way. I take a lot of pride in the work that I do, and I try and show that in the initial interactions I have with new customers
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a self taught locksmith with 8 years of experience in the field.
