- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Basements, Crawlspaces, Attics, hot water tubs/ saunas , boat houses and barns are not in Thumbtacks baseline quotes and will be extra fees. As well as radon testing. Basement inspection prices are an additional $50. Crawlspace inspection an additional $100. Attic inspection an additional $50. Hot water tubs/ saunas, boat houses and barns an additional $50 each. Radon testing an additional $100 fee.

We inspect for mold, radon, lead paint and asbestos.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If they are licensed/ certified, insured and ever went to school for anything. Michigan allows any idiot on the street to inspect homes, 4 out of 5 home inspectors have no credentials at all.
