FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a lot that goes into bidding a job and turning a profit from it. I don't like to skimp on materials. Quality of the materials have a lot to do with the finished product. I do not like to have to rush threw a job to turn a profit. I fully expect to be under bid on my estimates. I do not do cheap work. I do however give deep discounts to elderly and disabled people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with a customer and go over the project with them. For small one day or less jobs i will typically wright out a hand written estimate, collect a material deposit and begin work. For larger jobs i will go over the project with my client and then type a estimate on my letterhead detailing what materials are to be used, how the job will be performed, and how much material/labor will cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended Youthbuild Trumbull County there i obtained a O.S.H.A. 10 hr certification, N.C.C.E.R. and A.N.S.I. training. I also have over 10 years in various trades involving remodeling and building.
