- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard prices can be found on our website. We offer special rates and pricing for reoccurring customers. There are a variety of services we offer in addition to our standard cleaning. If this is your homes first professional cleaning and it needs a little more TLC we recommend a deep clean for your first clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask you to add comments in the booking form describing your wishes, for example, if you want your refrigerator cleaned out, but pass on windows being cleaned it's important you let us know. If you have a pet and have special instructions while we clean with the pet in the home that would also be helpful! If you would rather discuss your particular needs over the phone or in person this is an option as well. We want to ensure that your needs are met!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have been trained on products and application as well as technique to ensure the job is done properly. They pay attention to the particulars in cleaning your home. And we take great pride in making our customers happy!
