- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As with most removal companies, we charge based on the amount of space your items take up in our 16cu yard trailer. Our trailer holds over 432 cu ft (size of a 15 yard dumpster) and we charge rates based on 1/8 increments of the trailer up to a full load. We discount our pricing as you fill up the trailer and you only pay for the space your items take up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer calls to request a quote. When possible we will try to provide one over the phone otherwise we drive to the customer's location and provide a free estimate for pricing. If price is agreed to, we schedule a time for pickup based on the customers needs and travel to location, pickup content, load into our large trailer and clean up area. We then try to recycle, re-purpose, donate or scrap as much as we can to avoid dumping in the landfill.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are fully insured and all of our workers are covered under worker compensation insurance. We have gone through extensive training provided by our Franchise HQ and deliver professional junk removal and hauling services like no others.
