- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If it is a Handyman Project such as installing grab bars for the elderly or minor drywall repair I have a flat rate of $25 dollars per hour which may or may not include a gas allowance, depending on how far away the job is. Please call me at the number listed on the "Basic Info" tab between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For my hourly work I like to talk to the client about the scope of the project, exactly what it is that is expected of me as far as job duration, if the materials are already there, and many other finite details that make the job go a lot smoother in the long run.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
40 years as a professional builder with total "hands on" experience. I have worked most trades myself also, so I can honestly say I know what I am talking about.
