- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Local Harvest we take the time to learn our customers needs and preferences, what they like, what they don't like, what they can't eat, or what they'd love to try. Then we customize a menu of creative and healthy dishes for each of our customers. Real food, your way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 30 years in professional kitchens including time working in upscale, fine dining, eateries and down-home family restaurants, embassies, country clubs, and hotels. I attended Le Academie de Cuisine and I've been a Culinary Instructor there and at Job Corps and at DC Central Kitchen.
