- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices range from base cost to hourly depending on the project. For a commercial/music video I'd charge a structured/base fee. For an event I charge an hourly fee. (This does not include editing.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a perfect world, I'd like to first start by meeting the client. We'd verbally discuss certain scopes of work (concept, budgeting & deadline). After, I'd gather my trusted crew and begin production of the project. Through emails and other communication devices I'd keep the client up-to-date with how the project is going. Finally, once a working draft is completed, a follow up meeting would happen in which the client and myself would take a look at what they'd like to change (if necessary).

I hold a Bachelors in Film as well as years of freelance experience.
