Pawnee A. Davis Law Firm, MD and DC
About this pro
Pawnee Davis was excellent! We spoke on the phone for 45 minutes prior to meeting face to face. She let me vent to her over the phone and even in person. She was easy to reach whenever I reached out, and made me feel that she genuinely cared. I had a case a week prior to meeting her. We went over everything, and Pawnee represented me in court and we came out as winners! After the the the case was finished, Pawnee immediately reached out to me to see if I had any questions, and if she could be any assistance in the future. She's is now my attorney for all cases. Thanks again Pawnee!!Nov 29, 2016Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? The price of the retainer covers most of, if not all of, the total cost of your case. Funds are held in escrow until fees are earned, and you are billed an hourly rate in 6 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I provide a free phone consultation. If you, the potential client, want to schedule an in person consultation that allows me to go in-depth to their legal matter, we can, for a flat fee. After I assess your case and both, the Attorney and Client want to work together, a retainer agreement is prepared that will be signed, and you pay a retainer fee to cover the legal fees you will have. I will also collect your information on an intake form.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?DC Bar License and Maryland Bar License Graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law Master's in Public Administration
