Introduction: My firm services individuals in Maryland and DC. Pawnee Davis was excellent! We spoke on the phone for 45 minutes prior to meeting face to face. She let me vent to her over the phone and even in person. She was easy to reach whenever I reached out, and made me feel that she genuinely cared. I had a case a week prior to meeting her. We went over everything, and Pawnee represented me in court and we came out as winners! After the the the case was finished, Pawnee immediately reached out to me to see if I had any questions, and if she could be any assistance in the future. She's is now my attorney for all cases. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Your fees are held in an escrow until I earn them. You are billed an hourly rate in 6 minute increments against the amount in escrow.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a free phone consultation. After I assess your case and we decided to work together, you will review and sign a retainer agreement, you will complete an intake form, and a fee will be due on a given date.
