- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Social Savvy's prices are very reasonable as well as negotiable depending upon your needs. You are only responsible for the services that best suite your needs for your individual event. We will discuss all planning in the initial consultation. We will typically come up with a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet my new customers! We have an initial conversation so that you can communicate to me your vision and your ideas of how you see your event. I then write down all of those details and add any professional suggestions and create a delineated proposal for your review. Once approved, I then come up with a timeline to make sure that all planning is completed in timely manner; including choosing venue, vendors, creating guest list and any relevant tasks and selections.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an Event Planner for over 10 years and have planned a wide variety of events from an intimate 30 people to conferences and townhalls with over 3,000 attendees. I have gotten more couples than I can count over the broom as a worked in a wedding venue as was in the role as the on site wedding planner.
