We have been working with Bob Chambers for 14 years. He and his team completed a major renovation that transformed our small Cape Cod into a beautiful, highly functional living space that has enhanced life for our family. Bob is a great problem solver, good listener, and assembles a strong team. That initial major project and many smaller projects since then have been completed with care and craftsmanship. The only downside is that we often have to wait a long time to get the work done, but the results are worth the wait.

I hired New Vision Properties Construction Services to remodel my kitchen. It badly needed work and had to be completely gutted. New Vision Properties provided outstanding service and high-quality work--they finished my project on schedule, kept me appraised of progress and were very transparent about costs. Richard and his crew were courteous and very professional. My new kitchen looks great, and I plan to re-hire them for my next remodeling project.
