- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer 10% discount if your event on a weekday.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As every client and project and unique, the process varies quite a lot. That said, in general the client and I would first outline what needs to be done and the client's vision as well as the specifics and the individual circumstances of the project. Depending on the project, a set timeline for completion or a specific time and date will follow.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For 3 years I attended the Art Academy in St. Petersburg, Russia, as well as trained for 5 years with several professional artists in the D.C. area. In addition, I have full mastery of programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
