My wife and I use the computer but are ignorant of many of its capacities and weaknesses. Accordingly things often go wrong. No nonsense has been unfailingly helpful. friendly and fast with repairs and fair on pricing.

Philip is truly a "guru," capable of fixing any kind of computer problem. He is always considerate, never condescending about how little I know, even answering the same question more than once. Helpful but not sure how much we really accomplished, especially given the cost. Maybe a different price structure depending on the work would be good.
