- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rocking Bird loves meeting new folks! Typically I will either schedule a phone consultation with a new client or meet up for a coffee at their convenience to discuss their ideas and vision. I love getting a sense of what the client has in mind and then working hard to make that dream come true.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm originally from Montana and have always been interested in natural beauty. I began flower arranging when I realized every room I loved in a magazine or a blog post featured a fresh flower design. I began doing floral design about two years ago as a hobbyist and then decided to found Rocking Bird when I thought I could make a go of it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with all types of folks, but usually the people who are drawn to my work are interested in a more organic, free-form look. I love abundance, diversity, and resplendency and I try to reflect that in my designs.
