Introduction: Over the last several years, I have dedicated myself to helping small nonprofits maintain and establish efficient accounting practices that lead to accurate financial reports and enhance the quality of information necessary used for critical decisions. I am currently working with the International Society for Performance Improvement where I have developed standard operating procedures for recording transactions and expenses in QuickBooks Online, and overseeing all daily administrative tasks. In my previous role, I served as the Accounting Manager for the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund (VVMF). In addition to having oversight of an operating budget of 10M, I managed and assisted the Office Manager, Cash Receipts/Database Manager and Accounting Assistant. Together, we established cross-departmental partnerships that resulted in increased efficiency and effectiveness, ensured proper segregation of unrestricted and restricted revenue, timely collection of outstanding pledges, and prompt resolution of any discrepancies or variances. I also offer expertise in managing the monthly closing process, providing detailed analysis and feedback and finding and eliminating financial redundancies.
I hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Howard University. I am seeking part-time employment and projects with a flexible schedule as I am currently enrolled in the MBA program with a concentration in Finance. I have kept current in the industry and continue to expand my financial knowledge.

I was in dire need of accounting services. I recently opened up my own consulting firm and needed to furnish required documents to complete a SBA loan application. So I took to Google search and found Quan Tuitive Solutions. I thought why not give another small business a chance. I needed to take care of three different documentations. One required a visit, but the other two were completed by simply uploading documents. I hoped the one visit to the office would be easy, but deep down I feared it wouldn’t, because of past experiences with other accountants.
Instead, it turned into a quick and extraordinary experience. When I entered the office, I was warmly greeted by Ms. Hill and asked how she could help. After learning what I needed to do, she invited me to sit down at her desk.
She then took care of everything: Called my creditors requested information, activated accounts, etc. I call attention to the fact that she didn’t know me or how much money I had and was very eager to help.
Overall, top notch professionalism and exceptional honest work.
