I met Alexsis when we were both working at Martha’s Table, where she led the organizations Marketing and Communications team. Since then, we’ve both ventured out on our own, and her company has been providing services for my new tech start up DC Music Ambassadors (DCMA). As a startup, its challenging to find the right PR & Marketing company that understands your needs as a small business and gives you the support and guidance to tell your story and engage customers. Alexsis is sensitive to this and has been instrumental in helping to fine-tune our messaging to maximum our impact.

From the beginning of our encounter, Alexsis Blakely has been motivating, encouraging and an informative mentor. When I first discussed starting a boutique Day Spa in Brooklyn, N.Y., she quickly provided a customized step by step business strategy, methods on how to obtain financial credit for the business, marketing options and branding tips. She taught me the benefits of joining the local SBA and how to seek workshops that were best suited for my business. Alexis even visited the Spa site and provided feedback for the construction project.
I consider myself very fortunate to have used the Blakely Method services. Definitely an invaluable experience!!!
