Sean chose NASM certifications & credentials simply because they are recognized around the world as the zenith of personal training certifications. 93% of NBA & MLB trainers are also certified through NASM.
Sean’s philosophy as a trainer is to help his clients to achieve the health & body they’ve always dreamed of, not through quick fixes or crash diets (which have no long term benefit & tend to wreck your metabolism) but by designing and implementing a results driven program that is designed exclusively by their genetics, strengths, weaknesses, nutritional needs and goals. Each program developed for a client utilizes a comprehensive cardiovascular, strength training, endurance, core, and supplementation routine/schedule unique for every single client. We of course provide direction, demonstration, and especially accountability and motivation to ensure we achieve your goals. He will equip you with the tools you need to keep your fitness level at its best long after your training with Body of Your Dreams Personal Training is complete.

Even if he worked in a different profession, he would still be relatively the same person when it comes to health and wellness. It truly is his passion. Every week, he’d still be in the gym 5-6 days working out. His friends would still make fun of the way he eats (6 small healthy, balanced meals a day) and the protein shakes & supplements he takes. He would still have an extensive fitness library and be up to date on the latest trends as well as the tried and true methods that the fitness icons we adore have built their timeless physiques on. He would still be a person of reference that people approach while working out at gyms seeking advice because of how he trains.
As a natural teacher he’s always enjoyed sharing the knowledge with friends and family and loved helping them achieve their personal fitness goals too!
It was an easy & natural transition when he started personal training professionally at the age of 18 and has passionately done it ever since. He’s successfully trained clients that need to lose weight or simply seeking to tone up, special populations, corrective exercise, sport specific athletes, pre and post pregnancy, bodybuilders, seniors, extreme fat loss, plyometrics, TRX, boxing, kickboxing and MMA clients. As long as he’s been into fitness, he’s equally & just as passionately been a student of health, nutrition and supplementation to the point that his expertise in those respective fields parallels his ability to train.
