First I want to thank Thumbtack for connecting Property Solutions DC and I. I spoke with Jason and he was very responsive and polite. Him and his father came out to look at my project and gave me a very fair price. I wanted the work done quickly. They were available on the day and time I requested which I loved. Jason and his father performed the work themselves and completely transformed my living room space. It's absolutely amazing. They cleaned up after themselves as if they were never here painting. I had a water leak in my ceiling and it was a horrible sight to see but Jason and his father changed that. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?All fees and discounts are discussed during the time of estimate. This allows for all parties to be on the same page. We provide a final invoice for your records with all discounts and fees listed. We do have a promotion running right now until March 1st. 20% off all work and this must be mentioned at time of estimate. Also, all prices are based on square footage but we like to see the work upfront to ensure accuracy of pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process for working with new clients is we like them to take their time with their decisions, we don't want you to feel rushed. We do our best answering questions about our work and the products we use. We want you to feel assured that we will take care of your belongings as well as do the task provided and hope we exceed your expectations. We will walk you through the process of completing the work and how long it will take. However, we do ask for a 50% deposit after we have reached an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We are LEAD Paint certified, this means that we have the proper knowledge to detect lead paint (which is harmful to us, especially to children and seniors) remove it and paint it again so that the lead is no longer there.
