- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I take my time when shooting, working with the client to ensure we are both getting what we want and that the image quality is exceptional. I am not a "rush-in/rush-out shooter." I schedule my clients with ample space so that care and quality are never compromised during a shoot. This, combined with my years of extensive experience in the field, add a considerable value to the services I provide. While there is a standard starting price for most shoots, there are several factors that go into additional charges (Distance, Size, Additional Landmarks, etc). We'll cover those specifics when discussing the project and all pricing will be upfront and agreed on before the shoot is scheduled.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?After we have our initial consult on scheduling and pricing, I work with the client at the shoot where we confer about any lighting issues, movement of objects and final staging in order to go the extra mile to achieve the highest quality results. Following a real estate shoot I process all photos in Fusion, edit down the number to a well-purposed grouping, and Photoshop every image for color correction and object removal. After the editing is complete, the images are then uploaded into Dropbox. One folder contains the edited images and another folder contains "B-roll" unedited images, if applicable. All normally with in 24 hours. If a shoot for a event, bio or product I will go threw all images, edit down the number to the best shots, Photoshop each image for desired look and remove what might be needed. Time of turnaround will be determined at job ordering.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been working in this and the design field for over 25 years. I hold a BFA and a second degree in computer graphics. I have both professional and academic training as a photographer in addition to my years of experience in the field.
