Banister Athletics has been an effective, affordable and accommodating option for me. Julian designs each work out based on my personal goals and the target areas of my body that I want to tone. Workouts are diverse and intense incorporating HIIT workouts, Calisthenics and overall conditioning and strength training. The trainer accommodates indoor and outdoor fitness sessions, which is great for keeping someone like me, who is reluctant to develop a consistent exercise routine, interested and engaged. The trainer has also exhibited attention to detail, noticing ways to improve my breathing through exercises and suggesting mindful meal tips to help me achieve my personal fitness goals. The trainer makes every fitness session a comfortable, professional and uplifting experience. I’m still on my journey to achieve my fitness goals of weight loss and increased muscle tone. I may update my review with results in the future
