Updated Review: The pro called over an hour after our scheduled time to say he was going to be late- another 45 minutes to an hour. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. There was confusion about how much I was to be charged, but I was able to show how much I was quoted for this simple project. Make sure you have your quote on hand. The issue was quickly rectified. I have updated my review from one star to three stars based solely on the actual work performed. Old Review: My pro never showed... TWICE! I wasted two days waiting for someone to arrive for a simple project. The first no-show, I received a call saying my pro was dealing with family issues. I was patient and we rescheduled for the next day. Again, my pro never arrived and when I tried calling the main office number, it went straight to voicemail. Dorron was marvelous. He really knows his stuff. He offered to do anything else that I wanted to add to the To Do List. He did a great job. Definitely would recommend him.
