- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer multiple programs on my site currently. I can also customize a program depending upon your needs. However, check out my site for a more detailed description for each program. Also, I offer payment-in-full discounts, as well as, discounts for military, police, and firefighters (not reflected below). Health History Consult - 60 mins - Free Group Workout Sessions - 60 mins - Free (Wednesdays & Fridays) Whole30 Self-Guided Experience - 7-Week program - $50 Whole30 Group Experience - 7-Week program - $175 Whole30 Personalized Experience - 7-Week program - $600 Reestablish, Rebuild, and Recover - 6-Month program - $1500 Meal Planning - 4-Week program - $250 Please be aware that I am usually available on weekends, however, I am currently going through my 200-hour yoga certification and classes are intermittently on Fridays-Sundays. While the weekends are blocked off on the Thumbtack app, please feel free to reach out to me, as I do have some limited availability.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most my clients prefer to take advantage of the free 60-minute Health History Consult. This is where we can determine what your needs and areas of opportunity truly are. Everyone is different. This is where I can customize the experience for you. I do not use a template for my clients. Even with my Whole30 programs, each client has special circumstances, needs, and desires. It is my goal to help you reach your goals. Please be aware that I am usually available on weekends, however, I am currently going through my 200-hour yoga certification and classes are intermittently on Fridays-Sundays. While the weekends are blocked off on the Thumbtack app, please feel free to reach out to me , as I do have some limited availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive medical training through the United States Navy and a Bachelor's of Science degree through one of the top Nursing schools in the country, at the University of Maryland. Beyond that standard medical training, I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.
