If you’re looking for a a top notch team for a remodeling project then look no further than DMV Renovation. From my first initial contact with Elena to then meeting with Julio to discuss the project, I knew that I was engaging with a skilled, professional team. While they were not my lowest quote, I felt that paying more for their expertise would be worth it. I was not wrong. Marvin, Jonathan, and the rest of the team did a fantastic job with adding a second bathroom to my outdated 50s Rambler. Marvin is a skilled craftsman and also a truly wonderful person. Once I have the funds to partially finish my basement, I will be calling them to do the job. Highly recommend!

Esteban came on a Monday. The estimate itself was about half that of a competitor's estimate. The project was completed by Friday on budget and on time. Talk about fast service. Dominique asked questions throughout the project as was required to avoid any mismatches between our expectations and the final product. The only bad news is that we could be done using thumbtack --- DMV can probably do all of the other work we want done down the road. Fewer hassles just sticking with them. Price is right. Work gets done fast. What more could anyone askfor?

DMV Renovation did an amazing job on our bathroom and kitchen. Julio was fantastic to work with start to finish. He was always available for questions, worked to understand our vision, and always kept price in mind. We were particularly impressed with the beautiful tilework and innovation he brought to our tricky bathroom set up and problem solving when removing our kitchen bulkhead. His team was hardworking, always considerate, and delivered on the quality promised. He was also quick. We didn't have to wait too long to start or for the work to be complete. We could not have been happier and the pictures prove it! (There is also a picture of pipes. It may look like much, but our plumbing was an absolute disaster and needed to be completely reworked to get the height we needed for the cabinets. The DMV miracle workers were able to work their magic and make our kitchen dream a reality) We will 100% reach back out to Julio and the team for our next project.

Mr. Julio Guzman, of DMV Renovation has completed about a dozen contracting jobs in my home ranging from the demolition and remodeling of 3 bathrooms, installation of marble, wood and terra cotta flooring, painting, the revision of staircases, and roofing. His attention to detail extends not only to his personal and unique design of every project, but to customer pricing that is fair and reasonable. He responded immediately to reclaim and completely rebuild the first level of our home after a devastating flood, demonstrating thoughtfulness, expertise and professionalism that exceeded all expectations.

Innovative Remodeling was great. So many contractors schedule then forget, but not Innovative. They were on the ball and made sure "we were still on" the day before. Crew arrived on time and got to work promptly. I needed to have a bed assembled, and the project went longer than anticipated, but Innovative made good on their word and completed the project as agreed upon and exceeded expectations by going above and beyond to help move the bed into place. I would definitely hire again!
