- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mold and Odor Removal are not necessarily cheap things. Many are blown away when they call a professional remediation service and hear the quote because it can easily be in the thousands. We are more affordably priced we are proud to say and have solutions to fit your budget while giving you more value.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process, is to first contact our new customer, schedule a time for a consultation if necessary and discuss the customers needs. Then if we are hired the customer will be given an agreement stating what we have agreed to do, for what price, and in what time frame it will be done.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I, the owner, personally got started simply doing remodels on church parsonages that my dad pastored and the grew up working for contractors in my teen years. I realized I had a knack for the trades and began to do odd jobs learning as I went. Then for a time I built new houses for an area company and worked side jobs. I became involved in the Mold Business after we were affected in our own home and my daughter was hospitalized.
