We showed him a picture of what we wanted....he designed and rebuilt our bath and kitchen. Chad seems to be a bit of a perfectionist. Fast and efficient. He is the only one we call when we need some help with our home.

We could not be more pleased with all the work Chad did for us over the course of seven weeks. The scope of the work was fairly large, in that we did some floor plan remodeling, which included wall demolition and reconstruction, as well as an entire second floor's worth of hardwood resurfacing. Chad also painted, installed doors and related hardware, and basically did everything needed to completely remodel a second floor. The price was great, the timing was as advertised, and the professionalism was top notch. We added and amended certain aspects of the project along the way, and Chad was understanding and helpful the entire time. He kept us up to date on the overage costs (due to the changes and additions) and stayed within our budget overall. We enjoyed our experience so much that the last item we asked Chad to do was provide an estimate for his next project with us. We will definitely work with Chad again.

Crown Molding install....kitchen and great room. From start to finish It was a great experience. Chad was knowledgeable and did exactly what he said he was going to do. He offered good ideas at set my mind at ease! We plan on using him for other projects.

I do have pricing by the square foot for most types of jobs but for an accurate bid I would need to see the job an talk with someone about specifics .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up time and date to go over project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been building and or remodeling homes for over 25 years. I spent half of that time on KIAWAH ISLAND,SC working on elite homes.
