Jason has not only shared his kettlebell expertise with me, he has also done a bunch of DCT and resistance stretching. As a 24 year veteran of Special Operations, I have truly beat myself up over the years. I still like to be very active and don't think I could be without the methods that Jason is using. A major back surgery set me back 7 years ago and I am very careful who I trust when it comes to my physical health. Jason is a true practitioner. He has given me the mobility to not only get back to working out normally, but also have a better quality of life.

Jason Turko is the best!! He worked on me several times, once for an extended period over several months and, even at age 55, I was moving and feeling better than I had in decades. I can't recommend him enough. If you work with him, the results you will experience will be phenomenal.

Jason is very good at resistance stretch. I hurt my hip last week and in one session it was better.
