We (Florencia Minniti, customer service director and Maria Laura Quintero, executive chef) greatly enjoy the craft of making good food and creating deep and flavorful combinations for our customers, originally trained in classic French food I (Maria Laura Quintero, chef) developed my knowledge throughout 20 years of experience combining this classic/basic skillful knowledge and transferring to our South American roots and lately to a broader approach basically farm to table. I (Florencia Minniti, director of customer services) developed my wine knowledge and experience on creating the best environment and comfort to our customers and their guests from more than 20 years of experience managing front of the house restaurant businesses such as Casa Mono in NYC, and Caracas Arepa Bar Brooklyn, Manhattan and The Rockaways
