I entrusted Luxe Monroe for my son's high school graduation party. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the turn out. Due to the fact that the backdrop was very plain, simple and lower than my 18 years old son. Thank you for your review and business Nancy. As mentioned to you I apologize that you were disappointed but due to many circumstances (your change of date less than 24 hours notice and we still accommodated you, most of our equipment already was booked on that rescheduled date and once explained you said that's okay we just have to make it work with what we have, and lastly budget restrictions) we did our best to service you and be flexible as possible even with all of the obstacles we were met with. Unfortunately, the wind was strong that day and as per your request I moved the backdrop from the original secure area to the newly requested area. I did mention that it was very windy and even with all of the weights still placed it may still not be as secure and are you sure you want to move it and you said yes. Again I do apologize and wish the above sentiments were expressed to me that day when I asked you about your satisfaction with our setup because it could have been fixed. Nevertheless thank you again and I wish you much success and many blessings in the future.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Pricing has a starting base but is personalized per client depending on event needs, # of people and staffing needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Clients get a free consultation to give us a better idea of the event, the client and their needs. Next, a budget and mood board is drawn up and discussed either via a video call or in person meeting. Throughout the process of planning we will follow up once a week with any changes, updates, additions or changes that needs to be addressed. Lastly, we will follow through in finalizing payments with vendors and venues, as well as finalizing guest's RSVP's.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a college education as well as I am a bartender and certified event planner which has a license and liability insurance.
