FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It really depends on the job listed but usually its based on an hourly rate. When i give an estimated price it is off my initial assumption on how much time i believe the project will take.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Due to the nature of graphics and the look and appeal of something thru someone else's eyes. The first starting point is to get an idea from the client about what the are specifically looking for. Then, I take that input and make some mock-ups for them to view to make sure that I'm on the right track with what they are thinking. Then its fine tuning from there until we have a final approved product. The process changes a bit depending on the job, but that is the core of the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
When i was 17 years old, i made some websites just for the fun of it. With some high school friends. This continued for almost 10 years until i graduated college, where i achieved a bachelors in communications and graphic design. Since then i have been actively working on websites and graphics.
