To this review, I don't know what to say, because it's anonymous and the customer didn't say why. To this I say, I am sorry things didn't work out, and if I am given a chance to correct it, I will. Only customer I can think of is when there was a laptop issue, and for some reason, I had problems with it, attempted to make corrections, and the customer ended up cancelling the entire transaction. This costed my company more money than it was worth. 'But, its a lesson that I've learned, and won't ever be repeated.

Eric did a great job at removing malware and virus's from my hp laptop. I also had a problem with shutting down and over heating and he's given me advice at how to prevent it. It's been running for many hours without shutting down and I am happy with his services!Apr 27, 2016VerifiedEric K.'s reply

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm going to re-sate this so that it's simple to understand: $75/hour when you bring your computers into my shop; whether it be laptops, desktops, or any other computer device. $100/hour or more if I am coming out to your home and/or business. $125/hour on Saturdays. You must make an appointment.**** MOST of my computer jobs are 2 hours, but if it's a simple fix, then I only charge 1 hour. Some jobs are very easy to fix, and thus I can tell you off hand that it's only going to take 1 hour. IF you have an Emergency, and have me out on Sunday's, it's a minimum of $200/hour with a 2 hour minimum. Any questions that I didn't cover, please let me know. With this in mind: Please talk with me before knowing the actual cost. With this Instaquote, it's stating that I charge $75/hour on everything. Not true. Some computers take longer than one hour. If it gets fixed in one hour, great! But, to be fair, some may take 2 or more hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If they call me, which happens the most times, I talk with them, find out what's going on, and then we set up a time for me to meet with them. I let them know about how long it will take, and then call them up to let them know that it is finished. Sometimes customers will text me and ask how's it going, and the progress involved, which is fine, and I let them know how's it going, to let them know if parts are needed or not. If parts are needed, then I let them know how much it would be, and the labor involved that may not have talked about previously. I also provide technical support for all internet connected devices, including Smart TV's, smartphones, tablets, and gaming devices such as XBOX & Playstation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I attended WCTC for a lot of my training, but a lot of my expertise was from experience, working from my photography business--and other professionals who helped me along the way.
