Brent Sunday team was absolutely wonderful to work with. They did a great job and were always very friendly and kind. Jim came initially before our first cleaning to scope out our apartment to make sure everything we wanted cleaned was accounted for. We were unfortunately told that we would be taken off their schedule and no longer allowed to book with them because we had to cancel very last minute due to a family emergency yesterday. This message was unfortunately delivered by Brent (an employee) himself, who was extremely kind and professional regarding the matter. However I feel the owner should have reached out personally to discuss the matter and not subject his employee to such an awkward conversation, a conversation meant to be had by the owner. Jim may respond to this by stating we were not very consistent with our cleaning schedule, which is true and more than fair to no longer want to work with clients who lack consistency. Its a business and we understand that 100%. I will not deny that. We prefer to be in our home while it is being cleaned and given my husband and I are both doctors we tend to have last minute things come up and unfortunately were not able to keep a strict "bi weekly" schedule. We were never told in the past when we would request cancellations or rearrangements that this was an issue or given any warnings that lack of consistency would result in being "taken off the schedule". For future purposes I think this should be relayed to the clients so they can possibly avoid having to have such an uncomfortable conversation of being taken off the schedule. Lastly I still feel that the nature of that conversation was meant to be had by the owner not his employee. Thank you!Mar 5, 2018Verified

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will usually reach out to the new customer and go over everything with them. We offer different cleaning programs and packages so its best to go over this with the customer. I prefer to call the customer or have them call me this way I can go over everything with them. We offer different options that they might not think of so its best to talk with them and go over ever thing.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?The last two companies I worked at we had to make sure our stores were visually perfect at all times. So we had to clean them daily. I enjoyed it and was good at it so I decided to open up my own company.
