What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are really no set rates it depends upon the job. I find it best to contact the customer and go over this with them.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will usually reach out to the new customer and go over everything with them. We offer different cleaning programs and packages so its best to go over this with the customer. I prefer to call the customer or have them call me this way I can go over everything with them. We offer different options that they might not think of so its best to talk with them and go over ever thing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
The last two companies I worked at we had to make sure our stores were visually perfect at all times. So we had to clean them daily. I enjoyed it and was good at it so I decided to open up my own company.
