I provide detailed yet easy to read reports. The home inspection report is a fantastic negotiating tool. I complete at least 24 CE credits each year. I am fully certified and licensed as a home inspector in missouri and Illinois.
As a general remodeling contractor in St. Louis Missouri, I have always had an interest in how home systems work. I have focused all of my energy into the home inspection field. There is no greater satisfaction than helping others with the biggest purchase of their lives.

Joseph was attentive and enthusiastic on the phone. Was eager to work with my schedule to make sure the inspection was performed during timelines of my sales agreement. Met me during a work day and even started without me present like I asked. Seller learned a thing or two and so did I. Joe was excellent very detailed. He also explained a lot to me which, as a first time home buyer, was extremely helpful. We actually got out inspection back the same night. Which made everything go so much quicker.

Joseph, was my home inspector. He was pleasant and courteous. He did a professional job and I received report the same day. He stated my chimney flashing did not meet code and a week later he was correct ceiling leaking around fireplace. I recommend him for any home inspection.
