- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can always agree on a fair price. My prices are a fraction of what big companies charge for the same jobs except we take pride in our craft and will do the best work, every time!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discussing the primary needs and vision with a customer, addressing any specific concerns, helping choose a carpet/padding, giving an estimate, and if all is well, carrying out the projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience in this field. Also working with carpentry (framing and finish work) for a contractor that flipped houses.
