- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on services required. I do prefer a monthly working arrangement where I earn a retainer and you pay for the ads cost directly. My services can range from $1,000 to $5,000 per month again, depending on what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to understand my clients business. Your vision for your business as well as your goals and objectives. What are you doing now? What is working for you and what is not. Who is your competition and what are they doing differently? What is the average lifetime value of a customer and what does it cost to get a new customer. If you don't have this information, we can figure it out together. But it is extremely valuable to know what a customer is worth so you know what to spend on advertising.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I like to think of social media advertising as direct mail only on the internet. It is basically junk mail in digital form. i spent 25 years in the direct response business. The same methods that worked in the mail, work on the internet. Who is your best target market and what is your offer. I see to many business sent people to their website only to lose the prospects attention. You need to send them to a compelling offer so they can say yes or no. I have worked on the internet for the last three years to promote various affiliate offers. Although I had good success, I much prefer working with people directly.
