Steve was very responsive and easy to work with. I needed to have a small section of carpet padding replaced, and the carpet restretched after a water issue, and he was able to complete the repair the next day and worked very quickly. I certainly hope that I don’t need any future carpet repairs, but I would not hesitate to call Steve again if I do.
