- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge between $55-$65 for a 60 minute one on one session. I offer training packages with different payment options to help fit your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When working with a new customer we first establish their goals and why they have those goals. We talk about any health conditions or other barriers that might keep them from reaching those goals and how we are going to get past those. Then, we go through a workout to help determine where they are starting physically and how the program should be tailored to them.
