- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we do various things we have different pricing. Generally speaking, we do a flat fee for many projects which have a limited scope. If you wish to make the project larger or more complex than our "standard" setup there will be an extra cost added on.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a very simple and easy to understand process: 1. Review Customer Request 2. Interview customer about request and their business - when we know where you're going we can better serve you 3. Recap our plan for the project 4. Build concepts 5. Request approval/changes to concepts 6. Make project live 7. One last approval/revision opportunity 8. Mark project completed *9. Some projects/services are ongoing in which the format may be repeated monthly
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has experience all over the board when it comes to project management, design and development. Everyone here has been working in the industry at least 5 years. We believe in continually growing and everyone on our team is encouraged to receive extra training to improve their skills every year.
