Over the years, I have needed to have 3 bathrooms and one bedroom completely redone. Two bathrooms were in my father in laws home (he's 94), and one of those needed to be gutted and made handicap accessible. From demolition to new walls, plumbing, tile and floors and new shower/sink/toilet, Chris did it all. Through every phase, Chris made helpful recommendations which ultimately made every project he completed, much better than anticipated, resulting in an enhanced - long-term living environment. One of the bathrooms was extended to make for a larger space ...which meant walls and plumbing were removed and replaced. The impact was incredible in terms of a much larger and and more functional bathroom, adding value to my home. Chris is punctual and can be counted on and trusted ... no need to run after him wondering when or if the job will be completed. Getting someone you can count on is a huge plus in my opinion ... if he says he'll be there - you can bank on it. Lastly, I can't think of a job (big or small) I wouldn't recommend Chris to do ... his expertise and years of experience speaks for itself; his pricing is more than fair - and he guarantees all the wok he does. He isn't happy unless YOUR'E happy ... and makes suggestions based upon real-life experience, a characteristic everyone can appreciate. Having Chris do a project for you, regardless what it might be - is an investment in your future and home's value ... bottom line. Chris built a screened patio, a deck and large garage with a handicapped ramp inside the garage that goes up to the first level our home. He did the carpentry and roofing work. This included installing a new large picture window in our great room that had become fogged up over 30 years and all the windows in the garage. Installed siding on the garage and the remainder of the house We subbed out the electrical and concrete work. He worked closely with my wife and I to make were satisfied as the worked progressed and made changes as necessary. Prior to this work he installed wood flooring in our downstairs and lay tile in the bathroom. All his work was quality craftsmanship. He is the definition of a true handyman. Robert D. Smith

Chris built a 2 car garage for us. Chris works really hard and is very dedicated to quality and satisfaction of the client being attached to anything he builds. His part of the project was completed nearly spot on to the projected cost of the building. I highly recommend Chris to anyone who has a remodeling project or building of a new structure.

Chris installed crown molding and converted a tiny hallway closet so we could expand for more space. He did a fantastic job and is committed to his work. He was punctual, flexible to our schedule and really cares about his work. Additionally, he is not going to nickel-and-dime you and gives you a more than fair price that he sticks to. Highly recommend him.
